It hasn’t even been a year since the super group of Swedish House Mafia broke up, but yet, people are still asking whether or not the trio will be getting back together sometime soon. Well don’t worry because we can safely say…they are not. In a recent interview Axwell did with Australian dance music blog inthemix, he confidently stated that Swedish House Mafia will not be getting back together. When asked about a reunion tour, Axwell said, “No, I don't think so. It's hard to say, but that's how it is now. I haven't really started to miss Swedish House Mafia yet, because it's only been so short.” The group played their last ever performance just this year on the final day of Ultra Music Festival. When asked about touring differences between solo and group touring, Axwell commented, “It's been cool [going solo] – before we used to have four really stressful careers going on at the same time. You actually have the time to catch up on yourself, whereas before we were just running after Swedish House Mafia, trying to please Swedish House Mafia.” Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso have still spent a lot of time together after the split with their residency in Ibiza, Departures. The two will also be apart of Stereosonic Festival together in Australia next month. Steve Angello has spent most of his time working with his SIZE Records and upcoming talent, as well as preparing for the release of his debut artist album. |

It is amazing how fast things move for some people in the dance music scene. One moment, you are just a small time bedroom producer, and then the next your are traveling the world as one of the biggest growing stars in the trance music scene. That is exactly what happened with Ilan Bluestone. Now it is all paying off with smash hits like ‘Namaste‘ and ‘Capetown‘ and remixes for the likes of Paul van Dyn, BT, Tritonal and more getting the support from artists around the world. Now, Ilan Bluestone is ready for his latest release of CE3SAR’s ‘Lakota‘. The track was featured in Armin van Buuren’s Universal Religion Chapter 7 compilation and has since become a massive fan favorite. That is why it is now going to be released on Armind, October 21st. Ilan Bluestone has created an impressive remix of ‘Lakota‘. The remix includes a massive buildup with big synths and pounding drums, leading into a breakdown of warm melodies, thundering beats, full of energy and excitement. If there is any way to make yourself known in the industry, a remix matching this one by Ilan Bluestone would definitely help. |
