After two immensely successful stints at infamous Gewölbe, the Pachanga Boys return to Cologne's premier electronic club for a third time: again, it's gonna be an all night long affair, which has proven to be the perfect format for the larger-than-life power duo. Also, it's gonna be on October 31st - which is Halloween - and we simply don't know of any DJs more capable to blend spookyness, frenzy and fun for a club extravaganza worthy of that very special holiday. It's been about time: on November 9th, Kompakt returns to Hamburg - our favorite German city after Cologne - with an impressive line-up featuring an epic selection of label staples. Luminaries Robag Wruhme, COMA, Saschienne, Justus Köhncke, Tobias Thomas, Sascha Funke, Terranova, Stocksaur DJ Team (aka Denis Stockhausen and Jo Saurbier) and video activist Okinawa 69 bring out the lustre at the infamous Uebel Und Gefährlich club, a perfect location for our raving intents. Kompakt booking stalwart Sid Le Rock - man of many names and Canadian expatriate - is a famously prolific live act, touring up and down the club landscape to bring his personal brand of emotional, epic techno to the people. The long-serving collaborator and close buddy from Areal's Metope hit Amsterdam not long ago, recording his live set "in front of a friendly audience", as he says himself.
