Kulkid ‘s back catalogue of remixes is intriguing to say the least. Taking on tracks like Mumford & Sons’ “I Will Wait,” Bon Iver’s “Flume,” and Brandy & Monica’s “The Boy Is Mine,” the French producer seemingly has no fear of transforming any track to make it his own. After racking up hundreds of thousands of plays all over his bountiful Soundcloud page, Kulkid has released his first original track today titled “U Were The One,” exhibiting a Shadow Child-esque House vibe that could easily see release on a label like Food Music had he not been gracious enough to let it loose for free via XLR8R. You’ll want to keep watch on this guy. √+
