Oklahoma masters of the weird and wonderful, the Flaming Lips, are gearing up to release their new EP Peace Sword on Oct. 29, but you can stream all six tracks today.
Originally the band had signed on to write a song for the film adaptation of the popular Orson Scott Card novel Ender’s Game — a military sci-fi novel about a "Battle School" where kids learn how to fight off insectoid alien invasions — but decided to turn the project into a six-song EP.
