Eric Prydz Delivers Debut Mix For Apple’s Beats 1, One Mix
It was revealed today that Eric Prydz will be the first artist to kick off the new mix series, One Mix, on Apple’s newly launched Beats 1 radio.
Fans will be able to tune in to hear Eric Prydz debut new music in his One Mix at 11pm PST on July 3 – via the Beats 1 player that can be found here.
On July 6 Prydz will release the first of three EPs under the Pryda 10 banner, which celebrate ten years of his Pryda Recordings label. Prydz will release his debut artist album this Fall, and kicks off a six-week Ibiza weekly residency at Amnesia on July 23.
Maceo Plex announces single ahead of new album
Maceo Plex will release Solar Sampler, the first single from his upcoming second album, on July 27th.
Solar is named after Eric Estornel’s newborn baby, and it follows his 2011 Maceo Plex LP Life Index. Before the album lands in October, he’s releasing Solar Sampler, which features a 12-inch mix of “Wash Away My Tears,” which label Ellum describes as “deep, dreamy and introspective.” It’s backed with “Solar Detroit,” which was inspired by Estornel’s travels to Detroit this past May (with baby on board).
Tracklist
A Wash Away My Tears (12-Inch Mix)
B Solar Detroit
Ellum will release Solar Sampler on July 27th, 2015.

Watch Ben Klock And Marcel Dettmann Close Awakenings 2015
Ben Klock and Marcel Dettmann are arguably the two of the most respected techno producers in the world right now. Their nine-hour plus sets are demanded by clubs and promoters around the globe, and their DJ sets are sought after by the largest festivals in Europe.
Last weekend on Sunday in Holland, the two Berghain residents played a back-to-back two hour set to proudly close out Awakenings 2015. The festival took place over two days, and included performances by Len Faki, Joseph Capriati, and Dave Clarke.
The sweaty performance was recorded live by BE-AT TV and is available for viewing here.
