Earlier this week was released on Daptone Records an unmissable compilation, 'The Poets Of Rhythm - Anthology: 1993-2012', collecting 20 years of raw funk & soul from the cult German crew penned by Wax Poetics as The godfathers of deep funk. To celebrate this double LP release, the band's guitar player and frequent Paris DJs collaborator J.J. Whitefield has sent us a 40mn mix of rare funk 45's, so good and full of soul that we couldn't pass on publishing it… Enjoy!
