2 beams were seen over the famous Es Vedrà rock tonight in Ibiza forming a shape that can only mean one thing! Axwell /\ Ingrosso are returning with their Departures concept to Ushuaia Beach Hotel! The artists who have announced headlining stages at Governors Ball alongside the likes of Jack White and James Blake on June 8, Bråvalla Festival in Sweden with Kanye West on June 28 and V Festival with Justin Timberlake on Aug 16th and 17th have been pretty tight lipped about what these joint shows are all about, but it seems we are about to start finding out. More news is promised tomorrow at 10AM CET.

 Last year, RAM had one of the biggest tracks of 2013. ‘RAMelia‘ was a track played by every DJ around the world, even though the circumstances for the creation of the track are not the happiest one. But RAM put those memories and emotions into a track that swept over the world and has since become an instant classic. Now, RAM is following that up with his newest release ‘Kingdom of Dreams‘. ‘Kingdom of Dreams’ will be released on A State of Trance records, part of Armada, and is also going to be featured on Armin van Buuren’s ASOT 2014 Mix Compilation. The track opens with a choir of vocals and dark, ominous string, before unloading into a pick-me-up melody topline and building into an all-out excitement break. There is no word when RAM will be releasing ‘Kingdom of Dreams‘.  |

‘Black Hole‘ was one of the biggest tracks on The Sound of Garuda Chapter 3 Mixed by Ben Gold. Produced by the Craig Connelly featuring the powerful vocals of Christina Novelli. The track was a smash hit, and one of my personal favorites as stated in my review of the album. Now, Craig Connelly has called upon the creative powers of Blake Jarrell and Jorn Van Deynhoven to create two powerful remixes of this already spectacular track. Released today through Garuda, each remix of ‘Black Hole‘ offers something special to everyone who listens to it. Blake Jarrell creates a big progressive version of the track that is set to rock any dance floor or festival across the world with its darker, harder sound. Jorn Van Deynhoven went in an opposite direction, make a powerful, uplifting version that has been blazing the sets of almost every DJ in the trance scene. It was already selected as a Future Favorite on ASOT631 and was also featured on Disc Two of Armin van Buuren’s Universal Religion 7. |

 Tragedy has struck The White Island today. The official ASOT Ibiza Closing Party at Privilege has officially been cancelled. ASOT has released a statement stating that a terrible accident has accured to one of the crew members who was helping getting the setup ready for the performance. No word on what condition the crew member is in, but we will keep you updated on what is going on as more information comes in. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the worker involved in this terrible accident as well as their family and anyone else effected by this. You can read the full stated from the ASOT website below. We're very sorry we have to announce the cancellation of the official A State of Trance Ibiza Closing Party at Privilege Ibiza. Due to a terrible accident that happened to one of the crew members during the buildup at Privilege, we have to cancel the event. It would not feel right to celebrate or party. |

This set was recorded from Enter Terrace at Space Ibiza at the end of August of this year and man is it epic. two and a half hours a rolling beats. |

 It was just last week that we announced that Empire of the Sun will be releasing their brand new single ‘DNA‘ is the coming weeks. It was on Friday that we showcased you the first remix from the package featuring Calvin Harris. Now we have the opportunity to show off another one, this time coming from one of house biggest superstars. Alex Metric is one of the biggest names in groove house as we speak.
