One could quite safely assume that breakout UK duo Disclosure will be able to coast on the success of its Settle LP (not to mention multiple awards nominations) into the foreseeable future, and that streak continues today with this brand-new video for elastic album cut "Grab Her."

Maryland producer Sam Ray (a.k.a. Ricky Eat Acid) has taken a novel approach to sampling for his debut LP Three Love Songs, out on January 21 via the Brooklyn-based Orchid Tapes imprint. Instead of drawing on other artists' material, Ray culled recordings of his previous bands and side projects with friends as a starting point for new inspiration.

On January 20, Montreal-based producer Thomas White is set to release his Killah EP via Hyperboloid, a record which will feature remixes from the likes of cyberculture-obsessed duo BWWWOYS. Consisting of producers 1NTERNETBOY and GRADIENTKID, the Hyperboloid-affiliated outfit pushes a so-called "Internetghetto" sound, and it's an accurate description for "Missin You (BWWWOYS Remix)." The track forges a dark atmosphere with its minimal-yet-heavy beats built on pitch-shifted vocals and diverse samples of glass shattering, trickling water, and beyond. BWWWOYS' careful production leaves little breathing room in the mix, as it is relentlessly intense while managing to not sound over-produced or cheesy. Before it drops next week, Thomas White's Killah EP can be previewed after the jump.

Dublin producer Ciaran Meister (a.k.a. Mangetout) recently released his Crown Heights EP via Ireland's First Second label, an effort which finds him exploring a placid, cinematic side of dub electronics, drone, and hip-hop. Like a distant cousin to Andy Stott or Forest Swords' shadowy rhythms, EP cut "Between Sleep" bathes its synth melodies and percussion in thick feedback mist, summoning a sluggish vocal and rich synth chords from the fuzz. The full Crown Heights EP is now available as a name-your-price download; additionally, Meister has shared a music video for "Trees at Night," which can be watched after the jump.
