One of the founding fathers and more extrovert members of Wu-Tang Clan, Ol’ Dirty Bastard‘s life has been immortalised in the documentary ‘Dirty’ following his death in 2004. However the film, directed by cousin Raison Allah, has been hidden from the public consciousness due to various ongoing legal struggles.
Due to premier at the NuHo Film Festival last month, it was cancelled at the last minute by ODB’s estate. Since then, the film has been previewed to his family and consequently greenlit, and can be watched here on NuHo’s official website. In order to access the film you need to select from one of three price packages ranging from $5.99 to $9.99, with the top package including an extra three documentaries as well as the album New Wu Generation. |
