After bringing us his Momentum EP on Pets Recordings, and a couple other singles, like “Storm” with Chris Lorenzo, our hometown hero, Justin Jay, delivers Mom, I Graduated, his second EP of the year. Since it’s unveiling, the first song on the release, “Hit It,” has been enjoyed far and wide, amassing over 140K plays on SoundCloud, while the longer version of the second song, “Rain Dance,” was recently posted, just in time for the rain storm here in LA. With these two tracks, the EP is yet another prime example of his distinctive, bass-fueled house music style that continues to fill dance floors and bring something fresh to the scene, but what’s most exciting about it is that it features Justin Jay’s own vocals for the very first time.
