Newcomer Alessia Cara broke through with her addictive hit, “Here,” off of her Four Pink Walls EP, and now the official remixes for it are starting to surface. One of which that caught my ear comes from the 20-year-old Winnipeg-based producer, Vincent, formerly known as XVII. After releasing remixes of Meek Mill & Drake’s “R.I.C.O.” and Flume’s “Some Minds,” Vincent is keeping his momentum rolling into the last quarter of the year as he delivers this outstanding future bass rendition of “Here” that gives Alessia Cara’s vocals a backdrop of wobbly lush synths, and punchy low-end for club/festival use.
