Hyetal’s new track Jam The Network has been given a mesmerising video courtesy of LA design group The Great Nordic Sword Fights. The Bristolian and Julio Bashmore collaborators track is a gliding, game-like mover, with the video a mash of colours, like the giant space-rainbow level on MarioKart 64:

Bloc Party – Ratchet (Rustie Remix)

Though rumours abound of Bloc Party’s imminent break-up via messages left in guestbooks, they’ve still got an EP out, the lead track from it being Ratchet, a peculiar, angular song with lyrics I can’t tell are taking the piss or not. Anyway, Rustie has remixed it, keeping the main riff and building thunderous drums around it and releasing a barrage of bright after the drop:
