Big man Willis has a new record out this year, the grammar-light Nobody knows. (there’s a full stop in the album title so we’ll put another one right here ->). His new track Too Dry To Cry is a powerfully soulful and distinctively old-sounding, with simple, rumbling drums and a twanging, quiet guitar line:

Ahead of their album release on Monday (29 July), AlunaGeorge have decided to do something a lil different with their stream-y doohickies. They’ll be releasing a track every hour, and the one we’ve lucky-dipped is Kaleidoscope Love, a simmering sprinkler with a touch of funk in its bones. LuckyMe’s latest big-boy signing Obey City, real name Sam Obey (yeah) from Brooklyn, is to release his debut Champagne Sounds next month (6 August), and on it is this track Fallin’.
