The night of the Grammy’s, Mixjunkies weren’t in front of our TV seeing if Jennifer Lawrence tripped again, or if Leo finally won his Oscar (he didn’t). We were out in the heart of Hollywood watching Adrian Lux play an unprecedented performance at Create Nightclub for a spectacular after party. The music and talent of Adrian Lux can take us just about anywhere. Now, Adrian Lux has announced the release of his brand new EP, Make Out. The EP will be released on Ultra Music May 13th. Along with that, Adrian Lux has released the tracklist and artwork for the Make Out EP as well. For the record, Adrian Lux will include his 2013 SMASH single ‘Damaged‘, his massive track with Marcus Schossow and JJ ‘Wild Child‘, along with the aptly named title ‘Lauren Conrad‘. The first single off the EP is ‘Sooner or Later’. This single will showcase a side of Adrian Lux that fans have never experienced before as he dives into the deep house and French house music scene. If this track is any indication of what Adrian Lux has in store, fans are in for a real treat. |

With all the artists we cover on the site we are bound to miss some amazing artists. First State is that hasn't been on our radar, but this dj show has made them a huge blip. This show is comprised of some live mixes, guest mixes from up and coming artists and pretty much anything EDM.

Thomas Gold’s Fanfare is definetly one of our favorite EDM shows. The man cranks out some epic tunes. From Remember to ‘The Wave’ with Miike Snow which has to be one of the best progressive tracks we’ve ever heard. Always drumming, moving, and always awesome. Thomas gold’s Fanfare is the show to listen to for the latest in progressive house. Plug in and enjoy.

Thurs 3/27: Redux Miami @ Maps BacklotAnyone who has been following dance music closely this year knows that Amtrac is on the fast track to stardom. Amtrac can also count the likes of Skillex and A-Trak among his marquee supporters. The rising talent will be joined by Ravell and a surprise guest artist, an electronic music innovator who's opened the doors for the likes of Deadmau5, Tiesto, and more. He's currently on an international festival tour but known to play such intimate club settings on special occasions like this. Attendees will be in for a triple-threat treat on Thursday of Miami Music Week. Fri 3/28: Chuckie & Friends @ ShelborneDays just don't get much more exciting than Friday of Miami Music Week. Sat 3/29: Cosmic Gate Yacht PartyAll aboard for trance on the high seas! Seasoned sailors Cosmic Gate reprise their role as captains of one of Miami's most popular annual yacht parties on Saturday afternoon. The ship sets sail at 2 pm and won't return to shore until 6 pm, following four hours of nonstop music courtesy of the German duo and a special crew of handpicked friends. The luxury yacht features a fully equipped bar and attentive service staff, so feel free to lie back and enjoy some grog alongside stellar sets and unbeatable views of the Biscayne Bay. Sat 3/29: R3hab of the Jungle @ RaleighWelcome to the jungle. The Dutch star has brought along a bevy of friends for the occasion, including the likes of Michael Woods, "Flashlight" collaborator "Deorro," Ummet Ozcan, Lucky Date and David Solano, plus a whole host of surprise special guests primed to transform South Beach into the Amazon for your listening pleasure. Sun 3/30: Day N Night @ ShelborneHow does one close out Miami Music Week in style? See for yourself Sunday night at the Shelbourne. The entire Chipotle gang is getting together for a special tag-team set to mark the occasion, alongside a ludicrous lineup sporting the likes of Bare, Borgeous, Brillz, Bro Safari, Digital Lab, Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman, Dirty Phonics, The Disco Fries, Feenixpawl, Heroes x Villains, Maarcos, Makj, Posso, Ralvero, Tony Junior, Torro Torro, Tydi, Tyler Sherritt, and Yellow Claw.
