I don’t think it’s very often that someone gets one of their tunes released while sitting in jail, let alone a jail in the depths of Mexico. But that’s exactly what happened with Victor Marsó, apparently. A new name to the Play It Down roster, Victor Marsó lent his remix capabilities to the latest in the 12×12 series from Jesse Rose, “Time Is But A Moment” in two versions: his initial remix, out now with the release, and his ‘Free Victor’ remix, which just dropped today on Play It Down’s Soundcloud.
