Following in the footsteps of acts like Gorgon City, Loud Luxury bring clubby vibes with accessibility that comes with an ear for great vocals, refined melodies, and chunky basslines. Inspired by the Netflix documentary, “What Happened, Miss Simone?,” the duo took a piece of Nina Simone’s truly timeless work, pitched it down, and created a hard-hitting groover fused with piano chords around it to stir up nostalgia.
