 Terra Lopez of Sister Crayon, Luckyiam of the Living Legends and San Diego producer Dunekat have joined forces to form TAMMER. Today we have the premiere of the group’s first single, “Running Off.” Dunekat mentioned the trio is working on an EP and had the following to say about their first single: “This track came about from hanging out with Lucky and talking about music. A name that came up while talking about different artists was Sister Crayon. I told Lucky I was talking with Terra about having her record on a Quietwater song (a group I have with cellist, Michelle Elliott, who is actually featured on “Running Off”). He told me he had been meaning to get a track together with SC. He got in contact with Terra and when she said she was down he reached out to me to make a beat for them. I immediately began working on it and sent it out to them. Everyone recorded their parts on their own. It was cool to see how much you can do with other artists without ever being in the same city.”  |
