With EDM's astronomical popularity over the past few years, heritage techno acts have been surprisingly slow to release new music. Daft Punk made a big splash in 2013 with Random Access Memories, the Prodigy just released The Day is My Enemy, and now another '90s dance floor giant is readying a new release.
Electronic superstars the Chemical Brothers have announced their first album since 2010's Further. The new record, Born in the Echoes, will hit stores on July 17th, and reportedly will feature contributions from Beck, Q-Tip and St. Vincent.
They also debuted a new single, "Sometimes I Feel So Deserted." It's a hypnotic and relentless, and teases you for nearly five minutes before reaching a crescendo.
