Although Detroit's historic Movement 2014 is fading into recent memory you can still relive all the magic in a new live mix from San Francisco-based spinstress Jessica Philippe. When one of the Beatport stage headliners unexpectedly backed out on the final day due to illness, the Dirtybird femme fatale stepped up and made the closing slot her own. As you'll soon discover, J. Phlip is a true powerhouse behind the decks delivering a slick, signature mix of pumpin', psych-grooves and deep, dark tech-house.

As one of London's most well-respected DJs, Phantasy Sound leader Erol Alkan commands admiration on the decks. Slated to helm the latest installment in the Fabriclive series, his selection features a clutch of tracks from Phantasy artists (including Chemical Brothers member Tom Rowlands), and notable labels like Running Back, L.I.E.S., Delsin, and Cómeme, as well as some of Alkan's own creations including "Sub Conscious," "Bang," and the closer "A Hold On Love."

Life's better when it's Balearic. That's exactly what Pitchfork contributor Andy Beta discovered when he skipped over Ibiza's glitzy mega-clubs and hedonistic summer ultra-party nightlife culture, and instead, opted to take a laidback tour of the island with former Future Loop Foundation's Mark Barrott as a local guide.

New York-based beatmaker FaltyDL (aka Drew Lustman) defies simple categorization. Whether it's on his various albums like 2013's critically acclaimed Hardcourage for English tastemaker Ninja Tune or his musically diverse releases on his own underground Blueberry imprint, he enjoys dabbling in jazz, hip-hop, electronic, obscure vinyl-only oddities, and much more. Next month, he's releasing his anticipated fourth LP In The Wild so XLR8R decided that it was high-time to put the American DJ producer on the hot seat.
