He's been one of the biggest names in pop, rock and soul for three decades, but when it comes to doing interviews, Prince is usually nowhere to be seen.
That changed last night on The Arsenio Hall Show, when the famed musician not only performed several songs with his new band 3rdEyeGirl, but he also talked about the biz, technology, his vault of never-released music, his dislikes (people touching his hair) and even his breakfast-making abilities (omelettes).
He also answered Hall's question, "If you weren't prince, what would you do for a living?"
"When I was 16, I was completely broke and needed to go get a job so I got the yellow pages out and I couldn't find one thing that I wanted to do," Prince said. "So I decided I was going to push as hard as I could to be a musician, and win at it."
