Open thread: Mogwai, Metronomy, Mötley Crüe, and other, less alliterative bands all have albums due out in the coming months. Whose are you most excited about hearing?
Bruce Spiringsteen has a new album out next week, which UK readers can listen to right here. Warpaint, Mogwai and Against Me! also have new releases scheduled for later in January, while the next couple of months will see new works from Katy B, Maximo Park, Ed Sheeran, St Vincent, Metronomy and Lily Allen.
When we asked our Twitter and Facebook followers for their most anticipated albums, responses included Interpol, Iggy Azalea, SBTRKT, Pixie Lott, Damon Albarn and high hopes for new releases from U2 (looks likely to happen), The Avalanches (probably won't happen), and Blur (don't bet the farm on that one).
