Unfortunately its not available for Europien iTunes yet, but for those of you, we are bringing 3 songs out of 5, that you can listen to right now. Tracklist features artist like Sean Paul, RDX & Moska, Machel Montano, Mr. Fox, but for us is biggest surprise Pharrell. Tim Hecker’s Virgins is a lot of things, but an easy, passive listening experience is not one of them. Hit play, put on headphones and Hecker’s earthy electronic production permeates your head, forcing you to listen completely free from other distractions. Even if you don’t give in right away, over the course of 12 songs and 48 minutes, Hecker will fill your head with such a lush, cinematic soundscape that you won’t have much choice. Synths vibrate and soar, sounds fade between left and right ear drums, and mysterious noises are introduced as quickly as they disappear. His songs can be uplifting, moody or violent, sometimes all at the same time, and together it is nothing short of breathtaking. This is music at its utmost ambient. — Jesse Kinos-Goodin

Electronic duo Diplo and Jillionaire blame US 'conservative culture' for ignorance that led to drugs deaths at US festivals

Major Lazer have called for young people to be taught "how to do drugs [safely]" following two drug-related deaths at a New York music festival. Diplo and Jillionaire blamed America's "conservative culture" for the Electric Zoo tragedy, criticising the media's emphasis on the role of electronic dance music (EDM).

DJ Snake has been on a remixing tear lately, taking on Duck Sauce, AlunaGeorge, and as of this morning, Major Lazer. The Parisian producer has a very distinct style of bass, using elements of Hip Hop beats with bleepy Electronic leads, and Snake’s remix of Major Lazer’s “Bubble Butt” available for stream today is a prime example. “Coming soon” reads in the description on Soundcloud, so maybe we’ll be seeing an official “Bubble Butt” EP out soon?
