Read this musician's amazing response to a restaurant looking for artists to play for free

It's the kind of classified ad that musicians see all the time: a restaurant or café is looking for live musicians, but they can't afford to pay.

Usually the musicians are assured that they can sell their CDs, and that the gig will give them plenty of exposure.

But one Vancouver musician has clearly had enough, and instead of taking the restaurant up on its offer, made an offer of his or her own.

It happened a while back, but the amazing reply has been making the Facebook rounds, and for good reason. Check it out:
