The latest podcast from French tastemaker outfit Tsugi presents a fine selection from Sebastien Bouchet who recently turned heads with Speicher 77 - his first release in three years since "Fallen Angel". That's a great opportunity to talk shop with the exceptional producer whose unique blend of abrasive eeriness and staggering melancholy - we like to call it Rorschach techno - stays without equal in today's electronic landscape. In his interview with Tsugi, Sebastien touches upon the long sabbatical between releases, explaining that after five exciting and instructive years in Berlin, it was time to return to his hometown Paris and put all this experience to work. And work he did, as the two new tracks on Speicher easily prove - welcome back, Sebastien!
