Special guests, and two of the UK’s finest and most knowledgeable DJs, Red Greg and Sean P, will be headlining the night, with support from head honchos at Wah Wah 45s, Dom Servini and Scrimshire, and local hero Chris Gee of Unwanted Family infamy. Expect only the finest disco, boogie and tropical dance floor treats at what is sure to be one serious party! RED GREG (EBONITE) Very much the DJ’s DJ, Red Greg brings with him sublime turntable skills, a vast knowledge of boogie and disco, plus his own array of tasteful re-edits. His work with Floating Points and Joey Negro, plus his legendary Ebonite sessions have made him hugely sought after. We’re very excited to welcome Red Greg to his first Wah Wah show! SEAN P (BE WITH / Z RECORDS) This man is no slouch either when it comes to a deep knowledge of soulful club sounds. His Soul of Disco compilations for Z Records and releases for Claremont 56 are filled to the brim with disco delights. Sean is perhaps one of the UK’s greatest and most underrated disco dons and we can’t wait to have him educate the dance floor! DOM SERVINI & SCRIMSHIRE Servini and Scrimshire are the men behind Wah Wah 45s, a label with a soulful yet eclectic outlook, currently celebrating 17 years of diverse musical output. Dom is also a respected music journalist, radio host and DJ in his own right, and Scrimshire is simply one of the most talented DJ/ producers around right now. CHRIS GEE (UNWANTED FAMILY) One of the main men in a crew who have been causing somewhat of a splash in London of late with their epic underground parties and seamless, open-minded DJ sets. Wah Wah and Unwanted have been working togther for a couple of years, and it’s a combination that seems to bring out the best in both, and in the crowd, who can’t seem to get enough of these boys right now!
